Alternative Dispute Resolution & Mediation

SACG offers mediation services by a registered Georgia Neutral. We provide a variety of ways to resolve disputes that are more often cost- and time-efficient than proceeding to litigation.

Mediation is the most requested method of ADR — a process in which a neutral third party facilitates settlement discussions between parties in conflict. If both parties do not agree to a resolution, the matter proceeds to litigation.
